Your Local Chauffeur’s wine, gourmet & scenic delight tours offer a half day experience among our vineyards at our local wineries, plus mouth-watering gourmet treats and stunning landscapes. Depart Blenheim only.
Picton is a lovely seaside Port and can be part of our itinerary for the Full Day Group or Private Tour. However as we require an hour to return guests to Picton from Blenheim we are unable to offer the half day tour from Picton.
IF you were able to return to Picton under your own steam, you are very welcome to join us and we would certainly pick you up at 9:30am from your accommodation.
The Half Day Delights Tour is plenty of time to enjoy 2-3 Marlborough wineries, visit a gourmet stop for tasting and perhaps a bite to eat and a coffee or tea. The group may universally choose to take a drive out to our Pacific Ocean beach and our beachcomber beach Rarangi with a great lookout over the area.
We look forward to meeting you and the shorter half day tour will certainly give you great memories of Marlborough and the sensational wines and gourmet treats to take with you.

Door to door pick up and return
Just like touring for the full day you still have time to enjoy wine tasting and delicious gourmet treats. You have the option of staying on for the full day if you choose. The seat is yours for just a little extra of course.
There will be time to enjoy a light snack or platter at one of our great local winery cafes or restaurants.
Your tour departs from Blenheim only as we have limited time to drop guests back to Picton at 1:00 pm when we have Blenheim guests as well. We do offer a door to door service from and return to your accommodation.
Travel through our picturesque Wairau Valley and learn a little about Marlborough before the Vines became one of the big events that put our Marlborough wine region on the global map!
It can be very interesting to hear from our passionate and experienced cellar door staff about the individual growth of the family owned vineyards and the effects of the growth in the industry.
Best of all you are coming with us of course to taste for yourself the award winning sensational wines, and perhaps our gourmet cuisine and treats. Tastings of our local gourmet oils, liqueurs, cheese, special peanut butters, garlic noir and of course Makana Chocolate Boutique Confections is a must stop!
You would have a chance between December and February to taste roadside produce of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, apricots, nectarines and more.
Sit back and relax and enjoy the scenic side of our magnificent landscapes as we travel from place to place and if a chance we can take you to high vantage with spectacular views.
